KAREN CRAWFORD, OWNER, PT, MS
Ms. Crawford is the President of MML Physical Therapy, a privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in chronic pain. Formerly, she was the Director of Physical Therapy at the University Center for Pain Management in Houston, Texas, under the direction of Dr. Prithvi Raj. Karen has a certification in Graston as well as Functional Capacity Evaluations. She has been a volunteer with the Trauma Intervention Program which is an organization in Las Vegas utilized by emergency responders to counsel victims of suicide, homicide, or natural death. Ms. Crawford’s memberships include: The American Physical Therapy Association, American College of Sports Medicine, National Chronic Pain Outreach Association, American Pain Society, American Mental Health Counselors Association, and is a clinical associate with the American Academy of Pain Management. Her awards and honors include: the World Who’s Who of Women 1992, Exemplary Humanitarian Service from the city of Houston, TX 1988 and appreciation award from the Afghanistan people during the Afghanistan war 1987. Creative works include Fitness editor, West Houstonian 1983-1987, and founder of Maternally Fit with Courts, Etc. Karen is published in the treatment of CRPS, and has dedicated the last 20 years to treating chronic pain patients. Ms. Crawford received her BS in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University and her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Karen is licensed in Utah, Texas, and Nevada and has been a resident of Nevada since 1991.

MONICA KUETHER, PT, DPT
I moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago from ND and began working at MML and I continue to enjoy working at this clinic. I graduated with my doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 and I have experience and enjoy working with post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal diagnoses. I love animals and have 2 cats (Pickles and Hedwig). I enjoy concerts and hiking in my free time.
STEPHANIE GONZALEZ, PTA
She is a Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from Keiser University and is passionate about helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and takes pride in creating a supportive environment during each session.
She is bilingual and recently relocated from Miami, Florida to Nevada. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including home health/outpatient pediatrics and pain management for motor vehicle accident injuries. This diverse clinical background has helped her develop a well-rounded and adaptable approach to patient care.
She enjoys working with patients across different age groups and is committed to helping each individual achieve their functional goals. Outside of work, she values family life with her husband and son and enjoys spending time at home with her two Mini Aussie’s and her tortoise. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing professionally and is excited to make a positive impact in her new community.
REBECKA LUCERO-MALAGON,
LEAD PT TECHNICIAN
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked for MML since 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping the community to spread awareness on Children’s
Cancer. She loves helping others heal and working at MML is the perfect way to share her compassion for everyone.
Originally from Chicago. I have lived in Las Vegas for almost 6 years. I have worked for MML for 2 years. I have 40 years of customer service experience. I love sports especially football and basketball.

I’m usually the first person you see when you walk in. I help get you checked in, answer questions, and keep things moving so your visit is easy and stress-free. I also handle prior authorizations behind the scenes—and I’m the boss’s favorite 😉

Physical Therapist Assistant
Thayne is a PIMA graduate PTA with three years of experience. He has achieved multiple certifications for patient treatment and exercise progression. Prior to being a PTA he was a Master Personal Trainer for six years and also interned for UNLV Athletics Strength Training and Conditioning.
Thayne enjoys personal relationships with patients and assisting them on their way to recovery.
He enjoys soccer, golf, gym, and spending time with family. Thayne’s favorite teams are Liverpool FC and Ohio State. His favorite travel destination is Thailand.

Maria was raised in California and moved to Las Vegas in 1997. She started working at MML in 2015. She has great people skills, assists with patient filing and charting, and keeps gym environment and equipment in good condition. She is bilingual in English/Spanish. She has been in the medical field for 14 years. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her 3 children and 2 dogs.

Crystal has been working at MML since 2023 as a PT technician. She was born in california and raised in las vegas . She enjoys horse back riding on her free time and has been doing Escaramuza for the last 2 years . She has a positive attitude and enjoys helping patients achieve their fitness goals.

Emma has been a PT technician with MML since 2023 and loves meeting and helping all patients. She was raised in Vegas and spends her free time with her family, which includes her husband and four daughters.

Kimberly Floth joined our team in 2001. She manages MML Physical Therapy's insurance billing, collections, credentialing, contracting and the lien department. When she is not providing excellent support to our patients and business associates she enjoys the simple things in life.

Maria Quinton has been working in the medical field for nearly 25 years and loves helping people. Since 2022, she has been employed with MML Physical Therapy, where she continues to contribute her skills and dedication to helping individuals improve their health and well-being.

Vannesa has worked at MML since 2021. Born and raised in Las Vegas. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. Loves spending time with her baby, family and friends. Loves riding horses in her free time.

KAREN CRAWFORD, PT, MS, PRESIDENT
Karen Crawford is a nationally recognized chronic pain specialist and expert, and is affiliated with several national associations that researches chronic pain, chronic regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and sports medicine. Karen is published in the treatment of Complex Regional PainSyndrome, and has a reputation among claims managers and claimants’ attorneys as a therapist who can evaluate and treat the most difficult chronic pain patients. Her degrees in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Physical Therapy allow her to gain insight into treating the patient from a highly informed perspective, which results in restoring chronic pain patients to a higher functional level. At MML Physical Therapy, we spend time listening to each patient, creating a customized treatment plan for each patient.
