Ms. Crawford is the President of MML Physical Therapy, a privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in chronic pain. Formerly, she was the Director of Physical Therapy at the University Center for Pain Management in Houston, Texas, under the direction of Dr. Prithvi Raj. Karen has a certification in Graston as well as Functional Capacity Evaluations. She has been a volunteer with the Trauma Intervention Program which is an organization in Las Vegas utilized by emergency responders to counsel victims of suicide, homicide, or natural death. Ms. Crawford’s memberships include: The American Physical Therapy Association, American College of Sports Medicine, National Chronic Pain Outreach Association, American Pain Society, American Mental Health Counselors Association, and is a clinical associate with the American Academy of Pain Management. Her awards and honors include: the World Who’s Who of Women 1992, Exemplary Humanitarian Service from the city of Houston, TX 1988 and appreciation award from the Afghanistan people during the Afghanistan war 1987. Creative works include Fitness editor, West Houstonian 1983-1987, and founder of Maternally Fit with Courts, Etc. Karen is published in the treatment of CRPS, and has dedicated the last 20 years to treating chronic pain patients. Ms. Crawford received her BS in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University and her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Karen is licensed in Utah, Texas, and Nevada and has been a 
resident of Nevada since 1991.



Fluent in Filipino, English and Spanish, Grace received her Bachelors from De La Salle and Doctorate from University of Montana. After obtaining her professional license, Grace worked in the home-health setting. At the same time, Grace also worked in the Health and Wellness industry promoting healthy work lifestyle; taught proper body mechanics to help prevent injury; trained massage therapists in manual techniques, anatomy and physiology; and was a Yoga instructor for 8 years.

In 2008, Grace went to Thailand to train in Thai traditional healing methods and was awarded a certificate by the Thailand Ministry of Health; she trained in traditional Filipino healing arts; and received a certificate in Body Works from CIBTAC – UK.

In 2009, Grace was chosen by the Philippines Department of Tourism to be a delegate to the annual MUBA trade fair in Basel, Switzerland to showcase the Filipino Traditional Healing Arts including Hilot (Manual Techniques), Bentosa (Cupping) and Dagdagay (Foot reflexology with wooden sticks). From 2014 to 2015, Grace attended Instituto Cervantes de Manila to study Spanish, and Alliance Française de Manille to study French.



Ms. Miranda has been a PTA for the past two decades. She has practiced in Texas, Florida and Nevada and has received special training in the areas of wound care and geriatric wellness. She is certified in the Graston technique and has done extensive workshops in myofascial release, as well as numerous other soft tissue mobilization techniques. Kim has been an aquatics instructor for the arthritis foundation and an instructor in Tai-Chi for the elderly. Kim is an active member of the APTA. She enjoys spending time with her son, fiancé and their two dogs (Lola & Delilah). Kim loves riding motorcycles and being outdoors. She is from New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of Nevada since 1991.



Brian has attended Becker College in Massachusetts and Keene State in New Hampshire, earning a degree in Exercise Physiology. He played baseball in college and also holds a degree and board certification in Surgical Technology. He has conditioned and rehabilitated athletes from Cirque du Soleil and elite professional mixed martial artist with the UFC. He also worked with coaches from the New York Mets and New York Giants ball clubs. His certifications include ACE, AFAA, IFTA and ISMA.



Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked for MML since 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping the community to spread awareness on Children’s
Cancer. She loves helping others heal and working at MML is the perfect way to share her compassion for everyone.



Albert was born in the Philippines, grew up in Southern California, and has been living in Las Vegas for 21 years. He has been working with the MML team for 2 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSUSB and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from NSUF. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, hiking the outdoors, traveling, and loves spending time with family and friends.



Maria was raised in California and moved to Las Vegas in 1997. She started working at MML in 2015. She has great people skills, assists with patient filing and charting, and keeps gym environment and equipment in good condition. She is bilingual in English/Spanish. She has been in the medical field for 14 years. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her 3 children and 2 dogs.

Ashley Morada

Ashley was born and raised in California, moved to Las Vegas in 2015. She attended massage therapy school in 2013. She joined the team in March 2021 as a PT tech. She’s very active, likes to read and loves spending time with her wife and dog. She also enjoys watching football, hockey, basketball and soccer.



Originally from Chicago. I have lived in Las Vegas for almost 6 years. I have worked for MML for 2 years. I have 40 years of customer service experience. I love sports especially football and basketball.

Veronica was raised in Las Vegas. Previously worked in Primary Care and an Oncology Gynecologist as a medical assistant. Veronica joined MML Physical Therapy in 2020 as a front desk receptionist. Loves assisting patients and is fluent in Spanish and English. In her spare time, she likes to do outdoor activities and loves to learn new things.



Born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Las Vegas in June 1996. She has been working for MML for 4 years. She speaks Spanish and English. She loves traveling, spending time with her family and doing arts and crafts.

Rylee Semprit

Rylee was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Las Vegas in 2004 where she was raised. She graduated school for medical billing and coding in 2018. But in 2021 she changed directions and join the world of physical therapy techs here at MML physical therapy. With her free time, she loves being outside in nature. Either out in her Jeep or her RZR or by the lake. And when she isn’t on the run she is calming down with some simple gardening.

Alyssa was born in San Francisco, California but was raised here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Alyssa has been with MML for 3 years. She loves spending quality time with her loved ones and two dogs, Ryder and Zoe.



Kimberly Floth joined our team in 2001. She manages MML Physical Therapy's insurance billing, collections, credentialing, contracting and the lien department. When she is not providing excellent support to our patients and business associates she enjoys the simple things in life.



Maria Quinton has been working in the medical field for nearly 25 years and loves helping people. She is using her various talents to create marketing ideas and loves the happiness she leaves behind when she delivers goodies to the various offices that refer to MML PT. She loves to travel, learn foreign languages and serving those in the community.

Karen Crawford



Karen Crawford is a nationally recognized chronic pain specialist and expert, and is affiliated with several national associations that researches chronic pain, chronic regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and sports medicine. Karen is published in the treatment of Complex Regional PainSyndrome, and has a reputation among claims managers and claimants’ attorneys as a therapist who can evaluate and treat the most difficult chronic pain patients. Her degrees in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Physical Therapy allow her to gain insight into treating the patient from a highly informed perspective, which results in restoring chronic pain patients to a higher functional level. At MML Physical Therapy, we spend time listening to each patient, creating a customized treatment plan for each patient.
